This was my second time ordering the playhouse. I was very happy with the customer service and delivery of the playhouse. I ordered it last minute and it was delivered that evening. 've gotten 4 obstacle courses or slides in the last 2 years and I've my 4th ordered for April. I would HIGHLY recommend pelican promotions. After our first experience I rang Mandy to express my gratitude. She has always accommodated my requests, the men setting it up and taking it down have always been chatty and pleasant and their range of products can't be beaten. We are absolutely thrilled 🤩with the Marquee and the lining just makes all the difference !! Ethan our son) is over the moon and hasn't gotten off the disco dome. This is our second time to have had Pelican Promotions to help us build our sons Communion day. They are the best at what the do.
So professional, so friendly and they care !

I had a list of needs from glasses, water boilers, cups and saucers and so on…………… nothing was a problem !

I never leave reviews ever! However, I dealt with Mandy the weekend in trying to hire a castle for a communion. The service was exceptional, to say she went above and beyond for me was an understatement. There was no castles to be got I tried so many places and she was the only person that genuinely tried to help me and sent out the most amazing obstacle coarse! I couldn’t recommend Pelican more and I would never hire any other company going forward ❤️ Massive thank you to Mandy Fee the kids had the most amazing weekend.

Got a marquee of pelican for my 18th birthday and it was great service from start to finish as Shane and the guys arrived on the Thursday to put up this marquee even though my party wasn’t till Saturday , this was a great help so we could run around for the rest of the week getting everything sorted , have to say I will use pelican marquees again

I booked the magician and the candy floss machine for my 9 year olds birthday. The kids all loved it. I had a 2.5 hour party so it was great as the candy floss machine kept all the kids entertained both before and after the magician. Thanks for the excellent service pelican.

It was impeccably clean & the children had a ball on it all day. The booking process was seamless & staff were so helpful when I was worried about the size of the inflatable in our garden. A top class company, we will definitely be using them again.

5 or 5 stars for Pelican promotions. I would give them more if I could! We had our sons 6th birthday party in Blackrock community centre and used pelican promotions for the entertainment. He had the best day! Mandy was brilliant, I really didn’t know what to order and she was so helpful as was Sharon and they got it just right. The bouncy castles were so much fun, age appropriate and she made sure both the boys and girls were catered for which really made the day. Also the staff were so friendly and great with the kids. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and Jack already wants his 7th birthday there again. Thanks guys

Could not recommend these people and their staff enough. We hired a marquee slush machine and Star Wars activity slide for my sons 1st communion. My son, nieces and nephews had an amazing day. Nothing was a problem for these people Martin even phoned to make sure we were happy with everything delivery and collection times were arranged to suit our schedule not there's which was great for us. Hired a bouncing castle for my son's 1st birthday party and even when booking it the girl on the phone couldn't do enough for me. The whole process was so easy and I got a very good price for the bouncing castle. Then on the day to my amazement they threw in 2 extra free bouncing castles which was absolutely fantastic it really made the whole day so much better. To say I would recommend you to a friend would be an understatement. Hired a bouncy castle for my son's birthday and the whole process was so easy from start to end. Mandy was so helpful advising me on which castle would be best from among the extensive collection they offer. Castle was delivered early and picked up on time by polite, efficient staff. They were even so kind as to let my chuffed four year old "help" them walk the air out of it at the end , which turned what I thought might be an occasion for tears into a really positive end to the party. Want to say a massive thank you to Mandy and all at Pelican Promotions for a wonderful party at Blackrock Community Centre yesterday. Over 60 kids had endless entertainment on bungee run, slide , tractor disco dome and penalty shoot out! In their words-'best party ever'.
Highly professional service as always from Pelican and Blackrock Community Centre proved a fantastic venue taking all the stresses away!

Hired a Minions Obstacle Course from these guys today for my daughter's 5th birthday. I just can't recommend highly enough! Great website, totally transparent pricing, online booking and payment options. And best of all, the guys that came to collect the unit this evening(one called Martin) were just super, made a game with the kids of taking the air out of it and rolling it up etc. So basically, even though the 'bouncy castle' was being taken away, kids were totally happy. We hired a bouncy castle with slide for family event on 19 the June 2016. Can I just thank Pelican promotions for the professional service from delivery to removal. The bouncy castle was in first class condition and the staff friendly and efficient .as the weather was awful we were given the option of cancelling right up to the last minute and also late in the day a text offering to extend our hire into next day at no cost to us.we really appreciated that offer but had to decline as kids had school next day and were exhausted from all the bouncing in the rain. I have to say what a spectacular sight @ Market Square on St.Patrick's Day. The huge selection of rides, climbing walls, boats, the list is endless. Fabulous work by #pelican promotions, great value for money! My nieces and nephews are still talking about it, their favourite was the boats. I spent most of my day with my boys at the market square yesterday, and I have to say well done to all involved. A superb range of activities were put on to suit all ages, including myself. the monster 100 meter bouncy assault course proved to be a massive fave with my boys, as did the climbing wall. With PJs ice cream, the coffee shack, pop corn stands, balloons, face painters, clowns, plenty of security and great music, it was a day to remember. Well done to one and all.

Can I just take this opportinity to sincerely Thank Pelican promotions for the aray of activities they provided in Dundalk yesterday for children. Normally, after the parade, I normally stand & park down the bottom of clanbrassil street so I can escape without my son seeing all the bouncy castles etc that normally cost me an out & out fortune. Yesterday was totally different. I went & bout the wristband for €6 - yes only €6, (honestly did think there would be certain things now too that I would have to pay for on top of that) I was wrong!! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING there with a Pelican Promotions Symbol on it was free to my child once he had the wristband. I added upo everything Adam went on, & even @ €2 a go, I wouldv'vr had to spend the guts of €30!!. My sister has 4 boys & that wouldv'e been around €100+ due to age restrictions etc. we normally as I say get out of town as quick as possible, but yesterday, there was music, which the mums stood dancing to while the kids had a free reign to go on anything they wanted. It was the most stress FREE St. Patricks Day (or any carnival day) I have ever experienced! the people of Dundalk do not realise how lucky we are to have the business person Mandy Fee on our side, who always gives back to the community in any way she can! The only suggestions I would have is that maybe there were vendors walking around selling the wristbands as a lot of people in the Q's didn't realise that you needed one & got frustrated when you had to leave the Q to get one & the other is the Q's need a barrier side system as there where a few Q's being formed & it was unfair on pelican staff as everyone proclaimed they where next! Othere than that is was flippin amazing - our kids where happy, Mums where very happy & for the first time ever I came home with money in my purse - I wasn't milked! Absolute brilliant idea & thank you so so much to mnady, Shane & all the staff of Pelican for providing xx Till next time. Just a quick message to say thanks very much for all your help for the family fun day. It was a resounding success and every one commented on how amazing the bouncy castles and play house was. The toddler castle in particular was a huge success. It was great to have somewhere for the little ones to play without the fear of the bigger rougher ones hurting them.The sealed horses were hilarious and everyone had a great laugh playing with them.

Absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of service we got this weekend from Pelican Promotions. We hired the disco dome and it was amazing. Even when there was a little bit of rain the kids were able to party away and stay dry. We also hired extra tables for food and chairs for our guest which were all set up for us when we got home from our daughters communion. I will be using Pelican Promotions from now on. Recently, we had a celebration for my youngest sons confirmation. All he wanted was an inflatable game. I contacted Pelican Promotions and I found the process really smooth and easy. The Boys called continuousely on the Sunday to make sure they had access and that even while we were at mass the inflatable could be assembled and ready. They arrived in great time and were so efficicent in setting up. With running a creche, I have had my fair share of bouncy castle deliveries and set ups and these guys were really good. they set up and even wiped down the bungee run with disinfectent and towels. The inflatable was spotless!! I have to say a big thanks to them, even though we couldn’t control the weather!! The kids had the best day.
