Unless supervised by a member of Pelican staff we require that an adult is present at all times to supervise. Although every safety precaution is taken and safety mats are provided, accidents do happen and we advise that an adult is on standby at all times.
Please do not deflate any Disco Dome before first safely removing the music and sound system as shown by driver upon delivery.
As with any of our inflatables we would be appreciative if all children could remove their shoes, avoid any food consumption on or in the castle?.
If you become unsure about weather conditions for your booking a Community Hall or Centre will ensure your party goes ahead smoothly.
However if this is not the case: although our domes are weather proof, if while within your rental it has been raining we request that you leave the dome inflated to avoid it becoming water logged. Also, in the case there are short showers leaving the inflatable up will ensure a quicker dry time.
In the case of inclement weather we cannot install the inflatable onto hard ground, especially if windy we need to ensure that the dome is staked into the ground for safety purposes. If wind is particularly brutal please deflate and wait until safe to continue use.
