RECYCLE YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE
Here as promised are details of our 2017/18 "Recycle your Christmas Tree" event. This is a free Blackrock Tidy Towns initiative to promote waste minimisation in our community. Trees will be shredded and recycled as mulch in Blackrock Park.
Bring your tree to the Community Centre car park on Sandy Lane between 11.00am and 3.00pm on Saturday (6th). Please make sure all decorations etc are removed beforehand. If for any reason you can't bring it yourself, you can avail of our free collection service provided by our partners Pelican Promotions. You should text or e-mail your address to Pelican at 087 2222100 or
info@pelican.ie before 10.00pm on tomorrow (Friday) night, and then leave your tree at the end of your driveway, clearly visible, before 11.00am on Saturday
